Yield: One 12 oz. shake
- 1 cup almond, cashew milk or raw whole milk
- 2 tsp raw cacao
- 2 tsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp peanut, almond, or cashew butter (optional)

In Nutribullet or blender, add the ingredients above and blend until smooth.
My daughter, Bella, and I love this shake as is but if you need more sweetness, you may add some raw organic honey (no more than 1 teaspoon)
*Along with the nut butter and milk, which provide fat and protein, the collagen peptides help stabilize blood sugar and promote satiety. With this protein load, I feel good about making this for Bella for breakfast. It gives her energy at school until lunch time!
